A heartfelt thank you to the incredible teams from China and Volpe Nera who made our recent collaboration dinner such a success.

As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, it was a pleasure to welcome Barry Sun and the Volpe Nera team into our kitchen to create a truly special 12-course menu.

Events like these take an enormous amount of planning, preparation and teamwork, and we're grateful to everyone who contributed their skill, creativity and hard work to make the evening possible.

It was wonderful to see guests enjoying the food, wine and atmosphere, and we're proud of what both teams achieved together.

Here's to many more memorable evenings to come.

As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, it was a pleasure to welcome Barry Sun and the Volpe Nera team into our kitchen for a truly special evening. Together, we created a unique 12-course menu that brought together the flavours, techniques and creativity that both restaurants are known for.
