Some problems call for a little crack of caramelised sugar 👨🏻‍🍳

Our crème brûlée is finished with that crisp, brûléed top before it reaches the table, with a touch of woodruff added for an extra layer of flavour. Simple, classic and very hard to say no to.

A very good place to start 🍷

From the Loire Valley, this w**e brings together notes of apple and pear, a creamy texture and that clean mineral edge that makes it particularly good alongside oysters.
