Here’s what we’d recommend to get the most out of the run:

Before you set off, grab an Açaí bowl or an Iced Matcha to give you a proper boost without weighing you down.

After the finish line, stick around for the DJ and treat yourself to one of our Cinnamon Rolls and/or our Pumpkin Spice Latte. That’s the best recovery going.
