🌎 Introducing our new guest roaster, Native Coffee Company.

With Diego Bermúdez behind the coffees, Native are pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee through innovative processing methods and distinctive flavour profiles. We’re delighted to have their coffees on bar at Copper + Straw.

First up for espresso: HACHI – UME 🇵🇦
A washed Caturra with notes of milk chocolate, orange and plum.

On filter: two coffees from Colombia, offering two very different cups.

Arcadia - chocolate-covered raspberry, cherry and creamy sweetness.

Ember - chocolate mousse, puff pastry, cinnamon and baked apple.

We’re very proud to share that two of our products have made it through to the finals of the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food AwardS.

Our Wild Mushroom + Goat’s Cheese Sandwich and our Honey Cashew Cookie are both finalists in this year’s awards.

We’ve put a huge amount of work into developing our food offering over the past couple of years, so to have two of our products recognised among the best in Ireland means a lot to us.

A big congratulations to our brilliant kitchen team. This is their achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder!
