Food that brings a smile to your face 😋 (though not strictly Italian). We call it HFC – Haddington Fried Chicken, and it’s a zinger! Boneless free-range chicken thigh, marinated for 24 hours in buttermilk, coated in a crispy crumb, flash-fried, oven-finished, then drizzled with hot honey.
