🌈 GET READY TO GET MESSY, RAPHOE! 🌈The countdown is officially ON for the 3rd annual Raphoe Colour Run & Community Event this Saturday, 3rd October! We are turning the town into a giant rainbow canvas, and you won’t want to miss a single minute of the action! 🥳✨
Here is your ultimate guide to the best day of the autumn:
⏱️ THE EVENT TIMELINE:
🎪 11:00 AM: Gates Open at the Raphoe Livestock Mart! Head straight to the Raphoe FRC Tent to collect your Family Scavenger Hunt sheets and hunt around the town for amazing prizes!
🕵️♂️🔍✨ 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM SHARP: Get your party mood ready! Head to the main tent for festival face painting, temporary tattoos, and face gems!
🎶 12:30PM - Spectular Highland Dancers, kick of the entertainment, whist those who are not running get to enjoy, community showcases and local musical talent.
🎨💎🏃♂️ 1:00 PM SHARP: The main Colour Run launches from the Mart gates, heading past Raphoe Hardware and down the Racecourse Road loop!
🎶 ReelDeel traditional music, Pipers and Drummers and maybe a surprise flash mobs so be about and be entertained all day.
💃🎻🎤 2:00 PM: THE BIG DEBUT! Witness the first-ever performance of the One Town, One Voice Choir, directed by Mary Dunne, singing a brand-new anthem live on stage alongside its writer, Aidan Laird!
🙌🏆 3:15 PM: The crowning of our spectacular Window Display Competition Winners!
👑🎸 3:30 PM: The legendary STONEWALL band takes the stage live to rock the afternoon!
🤘🔥🏆 5:00 PM: The grand finale prize drawing—announcing the Family Scavenger Hunt Winners right before gates close!
