A firm favourite for a reason. Our cookie sandwich is made with homemade cookies, baked in-house and filled with Murphy’s ice cream. Simple, solid, and very hard to beat🍪🍦

Meet Colm Murphy — the man behind the milk in every scoop of Murphy’s!

Colm farms his herd of Kerry cows locally here on the Di**le Peninsula, producing the special milk we use to make our ice cream.

It’s delivered fresh from the milking parlour to our production kitchen in Di**le, where it becomes everything from Di**le Sea Salt to Brown Bread.

Good ice cream starts with good milk. And we know exactly where ours comes from.

Thanks, Colm — and the cows, of course🐄🍦

This morning at Murphy’s on Wicklow St, we’re holding a sensory-friendly session from 11.30am–1.30pm.

With lower lights, lower music and a calmer environment, it’s a quieter time to enjoy your ice cream.

Everyone is welcome!
