A love letter to our Thindi spice bag.
An Irish classic, made with Indian street food at its heart. Two cultures we love, brought together properly. Years on the menu and it still doesn’t get enough credit. A few different angles of it today just because it deserves to be seen properly. Still one of the best things we do🌶️

I spy with my little eye…. something new on the menu. Not saying too much yet, but things are getting crispy!
