❤️ A MASSIVE THANK YOU FROM BURNT PIG! 🍕🔥

First of all, we just want to say a massive thank you to absolutely everyone who has come down over the past two weeks to try our pizzas. The support has been unbelievable, and we genuinely appreciate every single one of you! ❤️

This weekend, especially today, we got absolutely HAMMERED! 😂🍕 Unfortunately, we ended up running out of pizzas, and we want to apologise to anyone who came down and missed out.

Our pizza dough is made with a process that takes 24–48 hours of fermenting and proving to get it right. We can't just whip up another batch in five minutes, and with the demand we've had this weekend, we simply couldn't keep up!

We're a food truck, not a full-scale restaurant, and sometimes things like this are going to happen, especially when the support is bigger than we could have imagined.

We're not making excuses — just being honest with you. We'd rather take the time to make our pizzas properly than rush the process and compromise on quality.

So, to everyone who queued, ordered, ate with us, recommended us, shared our posts or supported what we're trying to build here in Cootehill — THANK YOU! 🙌❤️

We're learning, growing and improving every week, and it's all down to you guys.

Sorry again to anyone who missed out today. We'll be back, the dough will be proving, and we'll be ready to go again! 🍕🔥
