After a brilliant summer, it’s time to give something back to the team who made it all happen.

This Sunday, 4th October, we’ll be finishing a little earlier than usual so our team can enjoy a well earned staff party together.

Last orders: 4pm
Closed from: 6pm

We’ll also be closed Monday 5th & Tuesday 6th October for a full deep clean and essential maintenance, before reopening refreshed and ready for the months ahead.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported The Last Drop throughout our first summer, our locals, visitors and everyone who walked through our doors. We genuinely appreciate it.

And, of course, a massive thank you to our team. They’ve worked incredibly hard through a very busy first season, and Sunday is about them.

We’ve been sharing plenty of updates from our new sister venue, The First Drop, and while the delays in getting those doors open have certainly tested our patience, we know it will be worth the wait.

And there is one thing we can confirm, The First Drop will be open for Christmas!

Which means this Christmas, we can finally bring The First Drop & The Last Drop together for something very special.

FROM THE FIRST DROP TO THE LAST

A Christmas Experience in Cobh

Your evening begins at The First Drop, overlooking Casement Square, with Prosecco or w**e, festive nibbles and our resident pianist playing your favourite Christmas classics.

Then it’s a short stroll down through Cobh to The Last Drop, where your table awaits for a three-course Christmas dinner overlooking Cork Harbour.

Two special places. One memorable Christmas evening.

Our first Christmas at The Last Drop

We’re so excited to share our very first Christmas menu, launching at the end of November and available à la carte throughout Christmas and into the New Year.

Think festive favourites, beautiful seasonal dishes and a little indulgence all served with a warm welcome here in Cobh. It’s our first Christmas together, and we can’t wait to see it all come to life.

Tables are already filling up, so if you’re planning a festive catch up, a family gathering or a night out with colleagues, please book early to secure your preferred date.

Before the festivities begin, we’ll also be introducing a new menu in the next week or two. We want to keep things fresh and give you something different to enjoy each time you join us.

And there’s no better place to take it all in than The Last Drop.

Wild seas, warm welcomes!!

It’s a wet and windy day in Cobh, and there’s no better place to watch the waves than from the comfort of The Last Drop.

The fire will be on, the UEFA Nations League will be on the TV, and there’s a hot coffee and something sweet waiting for you.
