Ocakbaşı is a traditional Turkish dining style where guests sit close to the grill and watch the food being cooked. The word “ocakbaşı” literally means “in front of the hearth of grill.”

In an ocakbaşı restaurant, the grill is the heart of the place. Chefs cook fresh meats like Adana Kebab, Chicken skewers, lamb skewers & vegetables right in front of you. You can see the cooking process, smell the charcoal, and even talk with the chef.

PhotoS is not just a momentS it’s a story.
A chef sitting on the kitchen floor, overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and emotion after reaching a goal that once felt impossible.

For 19 months straight, there were no days off.
17–18 shift hours every single day.
Countless sleepless nights, endless pressure, and sacrifices that only those chasing a dream truly understand.
Time was sacrificed. Energy was sacrificed. And most painfully, time with my two daughters was sacrificed — all in the hope of building something meaningful, something special.

This restaurant was built from the ground up with passion, discipline, and love. Every dish carries my heart, every flavor tells our story — unique, bold, and unforgettable. What started as a dream is now a place filled with life, culture, and people who believed in us.

This Christmas, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to our loyal customers. You trusted us, supported us, and stood by us. Your love and belief turned sacrifices into achievements and hard work into success.
