We’ve got the perfect fruit pavlova 👇

Ingredients:
200 grams SPAR caster sugar
4 Fresh Choice Market Range eggs
1 teaspoons corn starch
0.5 teaspoons lemon juice
400 grams SPAR tinned peaches in syrup
300 milliliters cream, whipped
150 grams Fresh Choice Market Range strawberries
10 basil leaves

Steps:
1. Separate the eggs: Separate 4 eggs, keeping the whites for the meringue.
2. Whisk the whites: Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. Add the sugar: Add 200 grams caster sugar bit by bit until the mix is glossy and smooth.
4. Add starch and lemon: Add 1 teaspoons corn starch and 0.5 teaspoons lemon juice and whisk on high for another 30 seconds
5. Shape it: Spread onto a baking sheet in a round shape.
6. Bake at 130 fan for 60 minutes. 30 minutes in, reduce heat to 110 degrees.
7. Cool in the oven: Let cool completely in the oven.
8. Blend 400 grams tinned peaches in syrup after draining off most of their syrup, on high until smooth.
9. Assemble: Onto the pavlova, add 300 milliliters cream, whipped, peach slices, 150 grams strawberries, peach coulis and 10 basil leaves.
10. Serve: Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the cake
300g SPAR granulated sugar
300g SPAR butter
6 Fresh Choice Market Range eggs
4-5 tbsp SPAR milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
300g SPAR self-raising flour
1.5 tsp baking powder

For the decoration
250g SPAR butter
500g icing sugar
Juice of 2 Fresh Choice Market Range lemons
SPAR strawberry jam
