Filled with gratitude, I’ve just made my second batch of fermented foods!

​This time, I made Perilla Leaf Kimchi and Radish Kimchi using organic vegetables.

I’m so thrilled to create something so special and nourishing.😊

Korean Cooking Class — Day 3!

​This morning was all about Mandu!
We made two delicious fillings: Prawn & Pork, and classic Kimchi & Pork.
Making them from scratch felt so therapeutic.
Such a lovely workshop with amazing people. 😊
