🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAULA! 🎉

The woman who keeps the Luso floor running and manages to keep smiling through it all! 😂
Paula isn’t just the face of Luso - she’s an SNA who gives everything to her students, a producer in the arts and generally the kindest and most caring person there is.

So today the orders are on hold and Paula gets to have the plate put in front of her for a change and to put her feet up! 🥂🎂

New Stock & Restock.

We have the full range of local beers back in stock from Breifne Gael. These are really nice beers and great to be the first restaurant in Cavan town stocking them.
Or if you want to go further afield try Øl - a crisp, clean, premium Danish pilsner with a dry, refreshing finish (their words not ours. But it is very tasty). Probably the best l***r in Denmark. Simon Broderick.

We're open from 4 today and tomorrow.

Dry-aged smash beef, spicy nduja, honey, pickled chillis, spicey nayo, deep fried mozzarella and rocket. Its a biggie. 🌶️🍯
🍕 SALAMI & PEPPERS PIZZA
Our 3 day proofed sourdough topped with Italian salami, peppers, pickled chillis, mozzarella & parmesan. 🇮🇹
🍗 THAI GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS
Crispy chicken wings coated in our sticky, sweet & spicy Thai glaze. (Our mozzarella brick also available in this) 🌶️🔥
