This summer, we're embracing the very best of land and sea with two new Two-Course Set Menus at Dining Room.

Carefully crafted around premium Irish beef, fresh local seafood, seasonal produce and homemade favourites, these menus offer a lighter, more relaxed dining experience while maintaining the quality and flavour you know us for.

From freshly baked bread and Keem Bay smoked salmon to prime Irish beef, West Coast scallops and market-fresh seafood, there's something to suit every appetite.
And don't worry... our delicious dessert menu will still be available for those who like to finish on a sweet note. 🍓

From freshly landed seafood and carefully sourced meats to seasonal produce and homemade breads, every dish begins with ingredients we are proud to serve.

We are pleased to announce the return of Wednesday Nights at Dining Room ✨

Starting May 27th, join us every Wednesday evening for our specially curated two-course menu for €30.

Following huge interest previously, reservations are strongly recommended as availability is limited.

Thoughtful food, warm hospitality and relaxed midweek dining in the heart of Castlebar.

Please note: only our Wednesday Nights set menu will be served on Wednesday evenings.

We wanted to share a quick update with you all 💙

Over the past few weeks, we’ve experienced a high number of no-shows in Dining Room. 😞

As much as we understand that plans can change, the reality is that we are often fully booked, and empty tables mean we’re turning away other guests who would have loved to dine with us.

Because of this, we’ve had no choice but to reintroduce credit card details for all bookings through our system.
We want to be clear — we know this isn’t down to our wonderful regular customers, and we truly appreciate the continued support and loyalty you show us. This step is simply about helping us run the restaurant sustainably and fairly for everyone.

Also, just a quick note when booking: if you do not receive a confirmation by text or email, your booking has not been completed. Occasionally, card verification can fail, so please give us a quick call and we’ll be happy to assist.
