We’re incredibly proud to see our Head Chef Sinéad featured in this month’s Leitrim life magazine 🖤

From early mornings to late finishes, Their approach to food is simple — quality ingredients, bold flavours, and cooking from the heart.

This feature shares a little insight into the story behind the kitchen, the journey so far, and the love of food that drives everything we do.

A well-deserved moment of recognition — and we’re lucky to have them leading our kitchen ✨
