This is exactly what Honestly is all about. 💚

From our own farm and organic bakery to the food on your plate, there’s a huge amount that goes on behind the scenes before anything reaches the table.

Reviews like this mean a lot because they really capture what we’re trying to do at Honestly: good food, made properly, with real care about where it comes from.

And we are very proud of our coleslaw, so thanks David! 😄

If you’re dreaming of an Irish farm-to-fork wedding, with beautiful local produce and independent Irish suppliers at the heart of it, this one’s for you. ❤️

Alan & Elaine wanted a relaxed, rustic wedding feast at Juniper Barn that suited the setting while still feeling special, and we had the pleasure of creating the whole catering experience for their day.

We created a three-course menu using locally sourced ingredients alongside produce from our own organic farm and bakery, from welcome drinks and canapés to starters served at the table, a generous main-course buffet featuring our organic Dexter beef and free-range Irish chicken, followed by desserts.

Our chefs and uniformed serving team took care of everything at the venue, including setup and styling, service throughout the meal, clearing, washing up and the final kitchen clean-down.

And weddings are just one part of Honestly Catering. We can come to you, or you can come to us. We cater weddings, parties, corporate events and celebrations at your venue, or you can hire our dedicated event space at Honestly Strandhill, with its own private bar and catering tailored to your event.

Find out more about our new catering service through the link in our bio or visit www.honestlykitchen.ie

Huge congratulations to Alan & Elaine, and thank you for having Honestly as part of your day.💝

Breakfast in your PJs. Lunch on the go. Dinner after a hard day adventuring.
Our Carrick-on-Shannon drive-thru is the only farm-to-fork drive-thru in Ireland, serving food made with real ingredients from our own organic farm wherever we can.

Organic beef burgers from Drumanilra Farm, organic bread from Carraig Rua Bakery, organic salads from the farm, sandwiches, wings, fries, breakfast baps, sweet treats and some of the best coffee around, roasted right here in town for us.

Drive-thru food, the Honestly way.

It was great to welcome the Irish Farming Association’s FA Organic Project Team to the farm this week, and particularly encouraging to see organic farming firmly on the agenda at Ireland’s largest farming representative organisation.

The team, made up of organic farmers from across Ireland working in beef, sheep, dairy, tillage and agroforestry alongside IFA policy representatives, came to see how our organic farm-to-fork model works in practice.

We took them through the farm, into Carraig Rua Bakery and then finished where it all comes together, over lunch at Honestly.

There was plenty of conversation about the opportunities and challenges of farming organically in Ireland, and it was brilliant to share ideas with people working across so many different areas of organic farming.

A big thank you to Mark Duffy, Selena McKenzie, John Curren, John Fitzpatrick, John Liston, Amy Mulchrone and Daniel McArdle for coming to visit.
