Meet the Crew!
Gary – Very rarely without that smile (apart from when Arsenal lost last week!)
He’s a right character and an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to food.
Gary is the ultimate jack of all trades, having spent many years working as a plasterer. A few years ago, he turned his hand to the culinary arts and has become a fantastic chef.
If you’ve tried our delicious tempura haddock, focaccia bread, sorbets, or even our ice cream, you’ve tasted some of his finest work. He’s always creating and concocting something in the kitchen, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him on the team.
Call in, say hello, and, for the love of God, don’t mention Arsenal!
