After all the love for our vegan version, we're bringing you the OG: crispy panko-breaded chicken katsu, served over bouncy udon noodles in rich, aromatic Japanese curry sauce.

Topped with:

· 🥚 Ajitsuke Tamago (soy-marinated egg) – a true umami bomb
· 🌿 Fresh green onions, shredded nori & pickled ginger – for that authentic street-food balance

Same quality ingredients, same authentic taste, now with a juicy chicken twist.
