One team one dream ❤️
What a week that was!

We are missing the lunch time squad in this photo but what a job all the crew done on opening week.

The bar to the kitchen and the restaurant teams, they all really smashed it and we are so proud and humbled to see these guys work so hard for this restaurant we have created.

We all pushed it to our limits and beyond this week and we feel like we’ve been hit by a bus, a bus of nearly 1000 happy customers that is !

Blown away by the support of the local community and businesses that got behind us and wished us well.

We may have taken on too much trying to do lunch and dinner straight off the bat and at times we felt like we were going under but with the team pushing so hard , it didn’t translate to all the happy customers.

But it felt unsustainable so we’ve made a small tweak in our opening hours for lunch to help us all cope a little better and deliver better service and food for both lunch and dinner.
It’s all a learning curve and its decision we felt needed to be made fast.

So for now it’s -

•Lunch Saturday and Sunday 11-3pm

•Dinner service remaining the same Wednesday to Sunday 4-9.30

•Closed Monday and Tuesday .

Here is a quick walk through of our new restaurant and where it’s located in Bundoran’s West End County Donegal

Dinner service Wednesday - Sunday 4-10pm
Lunch service Thursday- Sunday -11-3pm

Been meaning to post this for a while, but spare minutes have been hard to come by!

We’re delighted to finally share our menu with you all.

We’ve brought over some Stoked favourites from Strandhill while adding plenty of new dishes, with our house-made tacos bringing strong Mexican influences to the menu.

One thing we’re particularly proud of is that we’re making all of our tortillas and tostadas from scratch using a tortilla machine imported from Mexico.

We poured our first Guinness, a momentous occasion 🥹

We had a trial night on Friday to see how things went .
All the new Stoked gang did real well and the crew that came in to sample seemed to love the food and service 🙏

🌙 Dinner Wednesday – Sunday | 4pm – 10pm

Stoked Bundoran crew ready to go for June 3rd💪
We thought it was a good idea to get most of our team together to visit Stoked Strandhill where it all began.

Bookings are filling up fast, all bookings taken on our online system only.

We are all buzzing to get going now!
The end is in sight 🙏

Opening hours:Lunch: 11:00 – 15:00
Dinner: 16:00 – 21:30

We’re working hard behind the scenes and aiming to open even sooner—if that happens, you’ll hear it here first.

👉 All bookings are made through our online system
👉 Walk-ins will always be welcome, with tables held back daily.

To secure your reservation, card details will be required at the time of booking.

Our phone line will be live once we are officially open.

Stoked Bundoran Update

We were hoping to open bookings this week, with a target opening date of May 20th.

Our booking system is currently being finalised, and we hope to launch bookings next week.

We’re still aiming for May 20th, but there are a few things outside of our control that we’re waiting on. If it pushes past that date, it won’t be by much.

We’d absolutely love to be open already, especially with this great weather, and with the big fit out costs, we’re eager to get the restaurant open as soon as possible.

We can’t take bookings just yet without the booking system in place, but we really appreciate everyone who has reached out wanting to book.

A special thanks to everyone who has helped us so far.
We haven’t had a big team of contractors fitting out the kitchen and restaurant ,just a small group of people who have worked incredibly hard and done a fantastic job.

We’ll share another post soon to show some of the great work that has gone into the build.

We’re working hard every day to get these doors open. Thanks so much for your patience and support, we can’t wait to welcome you all.

We are long overdue for an update.

We had initially hoped to get open mid April but encountered some unexpected hurdles on our journey, which we are overcoming .
Doing things the right way is a bit more challenging we are finding out.

So it’s looking like a mid May opening all going to plan, exact date to be confirmed .

We opened Stoked Strandhill on the 23rd of April 8 years ago and were hoping to hit that date again for good luck!
Now that’s become unachievable we will push to open bookings on that date.

It’s been a mammoth push these last few weeks to get to the stage we’re at , think- extremely stressful x 1000 😅
Thanks to everyone involved helping to push us over the line.
We are blessed to have people around us that really care about what we are trying to do here and we wouldn’t have got this far without them 🙏

So not open for Easter but not too far away.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day 🇮🇪

A big push this week as we work to tie everything together and move into the final stages of our new kitchen and restaurant renovation.

Over the next few days, we should have a much clearer idea of our opening date.

We really appreciate all the enquiries and booking requests — it means a lot to us.

Bookings will open a few weeks before launch. We’ll be taking a measured approach at the start to make sure we deliver the standard we’re aiming for and give ourselves the chance to properly find our feet.

This is a long-term plan, and from day one we want to do it right.

Stay tuned — we’ll share updates as soon as we have them 🙏

What’s going on? How are ye gettin on with the new restaurant?
That’s the question we get asked daily, and our reply .. “getting there “
Tables and chairs arrived today and there is great work getting done, the place is really starting to come to life.
Still hoping for an April opening all going to plan.
