After three amazing years, the time has come for me to move forward from my role as the F&B contractor at Pollan Bay Restaurant & Bar Ballyliffin Golf Club. Serving our locals, members, visiting golfers and tour groups has truly been a joy. So many fond memories to carry with me.
I can’t thank my dream team enough—we worked so well together with your skills, attitude, personalities and dedication. I hope you enjoyed the experience as much as I have. I’m wishing each team member continued success and an exciting future ahead. Many professional and personal friends made for life.
