The last time this competition was held in Ballycroy was in 1983, when Mary Ellen Grealis from Lettra was crowned Mayoress. Mary Ellen raised a remarkable amount of money for the time, setting a high standard for the competition and leaving a lasting legacy. 🏆 🥇
