New Week, New Guest ☕

This one is from .coffee, based in Oughterard, Galway.... and it's a good one.

Rwamatamu is a family owned farm and washing station in Rwanda's Karongi district. It placed 2nd in the 2025 Best of Rwanda competition, and once you taste it, that's no surprise.

Expect orange, raisin and warm baking spice.... bright and syrupy, with a sweetness that lingers. Works beautifully as an espresso or in milk.

Garrison on Wheels Is Looking for a Spot 🚚

We're on the lookout for locations to set up Garrison on Wheels as a proper residency.

Not a one-off. Not a pop-up. Somewhere we can show up consistently, build a routine, and become part of the area.

Lakeside spots, marinas, popular walks, business parks, retail villages… if you've got a good location with room for a coffee trailer, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a minimum of two consecutive days per week, at least three hours per day.

It’s bright, it’s bold, and it's brewing now ☕
Our latest guest bean is Rise Up from in Sligo.

This one is a naturally processed coffee from Congo, with tasting notes of raspberry jam, tangerine, and dark chocolate. It’s beautifully smooth, with that bright, zingy acidity we love... sweet, layered, and properly full of flavour.

You’ll find it in our guest hopper now, and it’s also available to take home in retail bags.

A lovely morning with St. Mary’s ☕️

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of bringing Garrison on Wheels to for a staff coffee morning.

This one was extra special, as the morning was won by Kasey, one of the teachers there, in our January competition.

We rolled in bright and early and got the team sorted with plenty of coffee and tea to help fuel them for the day ahead.

Sourced from a one-hectare family farm in Mexico's Santa Cruz Ozolotepec highlands, this washed Typica micro-lot comes from our friends at : family-run in Kerry, quality-led and seasonal, always chasing the best single origins.

Pulling as guest espresso now, and bags ready for home brewing.

Bank Holiday Weekend Locked In ☕

We’re open all through it: Saturday 31st Jan from 8am–6pm, Sunday 1st Feb 9am–6pm, and Monday 2nd 9am–6pm.
