We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Baker to prepare high-quality baked goods daily for our café. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of items including breads, pastries, cakes, muffins, cookies, and specialty items.
Decorate and present baked goods attractively for display.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality results.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and baking areas.
Manage inventory of baking supplies and notify management of shortages.
Work collaboratively with café staff to meet daily production needs.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a baker (1–2+ years preferred).
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.)
