Our Scallop Pearl Bites combine tender scallops, crisp vegetables and a rich oyster sauce, finished with Japanese shichimi togarashi and served in a delicate crisp basket.

Paired with our Mango & Passionfruit Seabass, a whole crispy seabass topped with velvety mango and passionfruit purée, fresh mango cubes and sweet peppers, creating the perfect balance of freshness, sweetness and flavour.
