A proud evening for the Breffni Arms 🏆

Last night, we had the opportunity to make our pitch for Best Family Business at the Cavan Business & Tourism Awards, hosted at AIB.

It was a pleasure to join businesses from across Cavan and hear the stories, achievements and ambitions of so many local businesses.

We’re looking forward to the Cavan Business & Tourism Awards final on 23rd October and are proud to be part of it.

Halloween is coming to the Heartlands! 🎃

If you’re planning an autumn getaway, Arvagh is a great place to start. Samhain in the Heartlands returns from 2nd October–8th November, with around 50 events across Longford and Westmeath celebrating the folklore and traditions behind Halloween in Ireland.

Just 30 minutes from Arvagh, Longford’s Dead of Night Festival runs from 23rd–31st October, culminating in the spectacular Fire & Shadows Procession on Halloween night. 🔥👻

There’s plenty happening across Cavan and Leitrim too, making Arvagh the perfect base for a Halloween getaway!

Last month, we were delighted to host the Cian Gray Memorial Hooley following the 5th & Final Memorial Run.

This year’s run raised an incredible €26,000 for Longford Hospice Homecare, bringing the five-year total to an unbelievable €120,000! 👏
