🍋 Bottom Tier: Lemon Drizzle
🍫 Middle Tier: Chocolate Guinness with a Baileys buttercream flavour
❤️ Top Tier: Red Velvet with a Cream Cheese flavour buttercream.

The topper featured the newlyweds alongside their much-loved Pumba. 🐾

✨ What an absolutely wonderful weekend celebrating the marriage of Nicola & Chris at the beautiful K Club. 💍❤️
It was truly one of the most amazing weddings I've ever had the pleasure of attending, and I was honoured to be asked to create their wedding cake for such a special occasion.

This Saturday, May 3rd, Mike, myself, and 12 others will be taking to the skies for a tandem skydive — all in support of Rare Ireland, a charity that has been a lifeline for our family.

As many of you know, our daughter Maya was born with Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome and Hyperinsulinism. She’s our sassy, spirited girl who has faced more than her fair share of challenges. Through all the ups and downs, Rare Ireland has been there for us, offering unwavering support, connecting us with other families, and helping us navigate the complexities of her conditions.

Rare Ireland is a parent-led charity dedicated to supporting families across Ireland affected by rare conditions. They provide a safe space for parents to connect, subsidise essential therapies, and advocate for better services. You can learn more about their work at rareireland.ie.

Now, we’re taking a leap — literally — to give back. We’re skydiving to raise funds and awareness for this incredible organisation.
