In baking, salt does not only use to give the “salty” flavor. There are few major role;
- Control fermentation; salt slows down the growth of yeast and bacteria
- Enhance flavor for other ingredients, like the nuttiness of flour, the complexity of flavor in bread after fermented
- Strengthens gluten, which helps in trapping the CO2 and makes your bread fluffy

What i want to say is, Salt is good for bread! 🫶 And we use sea salt from which I personally think more flavorful than regular table salt. -ang
