Tea is a beautiful ritual. It is a ritual of offering:
1) an ancient medicinal offering to our bodies
2) an offering of community
3) an offering of meditation to our spirit and
4) an offering of wisdom to to our memory

During our chakra tea ceremonies our tea master performs an aura reading on each person before serving tea that is infuses ancestral African Asian and European plant wisdom into each chakra blend. The blends are created to attain inner balance by enhancing chakra activity that is weak or dormant.

Why not try one of our nurturing heritage dishes, that tell the stories of our ancestors, of the communities they formed, their taste and the recipes they shared and exchanged along the trade routes that connected Africa and Asia. These recipes have been passed down for generations. This is the same food that Mae our ancestors strong and grow. This particular dish is consumed by women and men in Africa as a staple because it is very rich in iron, which is important to regenerate our blood, organs and muscles. Women eat it before and after their menstrual cycles or simply when they need extra energy, while men eat it for physical strength and power.
