This is a format that combines the weightlessness of water with the therapeutic effects of sound. During the practice, you are in a pool, which relieves pressure on the muscles and joints and allows the body to fully release tension.

It might seem like you should take everything off in the heat but a banya hat isn’t about warmth, it’s about protection.

Temperatures in a banya can easily reach 100°C, and your head is the first to feel the heat. A hat helps prevent overheating, keeps your mind clear, and protects your hair from drying out.
