Sebelum masuk ke proses roasting, semuanya dimulai dari stok green bean yang terjaga.

Di warehouse ini, kami menyimpan origin-origin yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan espresso blend. Karena satu blend bisa terdiri dari beberapa origin, masing-masing stok perlu dijaga tetap tersedia supaya produksi bisa berjalan sesuai jadwal dan profil rasa tetap konsisten.

Untuk koleksi single origin, kami menyimpannya secara terpisah di area lain.

That’s why we keep an eye on every origin, even before the roasting begins. ☕️

Every Roast Gets Checked. ☕️

Setiap hari, setiap batch yang kami roast selalu melalui proses cupping.

Bukan cuma untuk quality check, tapi juga untuk mengenali dan memastikan karakter dari setiap roast — apakah flavor, aroma, acidity, sweetness, dan balance-nya sudah sesuai dengan karakter yang seharusnya.

Karena sebelum coffee reaches your cup, we need to know what’s in it first.
