Solok Radjo Arabica coffee rose to fame after a cupping test was conducted by coffee tasters or Q Graders in 2013 with a score above 85.

In 2014, Solok Radjo coffee was again successful because it received a high score in a tasting test in Thailand and for two consecutive years in 2016-2017 it again excelled in a tasting test in Melbourne, Australia.

HONEY PROCESS

Cupping score : 84 - 85
Flavor notes: brown sugar, orange, chocolate.

In the mountains of North Sumatra, Indonesia, a unique and outstanding variety of coffee called Sumatra Blue Batak is grown. The region offers the ideal setting for cultivating excellent coffee, nestled among volcanic mountains and unspoiled woods.

Due to its small production and distinct qualities, Sumatra Blue Batak coffee is now a prized gem in the speciality coffee industry.

Characteristics

Aroma: Fresh, nutty, vanilla, and almond
Flavor: Herbal, refreshing, spicy, dark chocolate, and cranberry
Acidity: Soft to medium
Body: Soft and mild
