FROM FLOUR EXPLOSIONS TO TODDLER NEGOTIATIONS 🌪️🧇
Tonight wasn’t just a "work shift"—it was a high-stakes rhythmic gymnastics routine involving heavy orders, a buzzing phone, and a very hungry tiny human.
Here is the play-by-play of the chaos:
• The Big Batch: I was elbow-deep in dinner prep when Kaitlyn’s massive order landed.
• The "Sold Out" Moment: To Maria, I am so incredibly sorry! I officially ran out of batter tonight and had to turn down your order. Thank you for being so understanding.
• The Tiny Dictator: My toddler decided dinner wasn't coming fast enough and began demanding a 5-course meal of Kit Kats, Oreos, and marshmallows. At one point, I was baking and replying to messages with a starving toddler on my hip. Holding him was the only way to keep the peace! 🤱
• The Inbox: Between the whisking and the hugging, I was catching up with Zali on Gluten-Free options and letting Mara know that for now, I’m purely delivery-based (no physical shopfront yet!).
I finally finished the orders, served the (non-marshmallow) dinner, and sat down to breathe... only for my phone to ping with another order just now! 😆
I wouldn't trade the madness for anything. Thank you all for keeping me so busy!
