What we don't use matters as much as what we do.
No plastic. No MSG. No cutting corners.

At ENAK we source from local farms around Lombok, refill rather than replace, and build a menu around what grows well here — not what's cheapest to import. The food is better for it. So is the island.

We're open in Selong Belanak and we're cooking with intention. Come eat with us. 🌱
