Though the Raya festivities have drawn to a close, the warmth of silaturahmi at Kopi Peng never fades.

We were deeply honored and truly humbled to host a special ‘Halal Bihalal’ luncheon for our dear friends and extended family from the Consulate General of Malaysia in Pontianak.

Having them with us always feels like a homecoming. As a Sarawak Kopitiam, we share more than just flavors; we share a bond that stretches across the border. It has been a true privilege to be their preferred “home away from home” and to welcome their many distinguished guests throughout the year.

This gathering was our way of saying thank you for the trust and the kinship. We cherish the warmth and the connections made, a friendship that knows no borders. Here’s to many more shared meals and memories together.
