May marks the long-awaited first harvest of our Balinese Heritage Mansur Rice - a rare grain rooted in tradition, biodiversity, and the rhythm of the land.

To honour this harvest, we invite you to experience five distinct preparations, each expressing its own texture, aroma, and character.

From seed to soil, harvest to table, every grain carries the care of the hands that nurtured it and the ancestral farming traditions that continue to shape our fields today.

A harvest shared slowly, thoughtfully, and only once the fields are ready.
