Solata Restaurant, got the honor to held a special dinner in the aid of Sole Men Foundation, in the evening of January 30th, 2014.
The participants are invited exclusively by Sole Men Foundation, from various Villa and Hotel Management. The purpose of the dinner is to introduce the dishes which prepared by Solata's resident Chef, Ezio Gritti, a Michelin starred Chef for 9 years, specializing in Italian cuisine, so the participants may recommend Solata to their guests, and in turn, when their guests dine in Solata, some of the revenue will be donated to Sole Men.
Upon arrival, the guests were escorted to the restaurant lounge, to enjoy welcome cocktails and canapes, and then they were escorted to the VIP section, as the dinner would be served soon.
For the dinner, Chef Ezio Gritti presented his special 5 course menu, that used local ingredients as the main part of the dishes, which in the end, got a high praise from the dinner participants. According to the guests, their favorite course would be the dessert, which was Mini Tart with homemade Indonesian mango jam, soft meringue and custard.
