Due to extended opening hours and strong growth, we are looking for motivated and dedicated team members to join our fast-paced, high-standard operation.
We are a premium fast-food concept, operating at high volume with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer experience.
π₯ OPEN POSITIONS
Cashier
Fluent in English (non-negotiable)
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable using POS systems
Basic knowledge of hospitality, service, and upselling is a plus
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
Kitchen Staff (Cook / Sous Chef)
Experience with high-volume cooking (burgers, fries, nuggets)
Ability to strictly follow recipes and processes
Strong teamwork mindset
Sous Chef (additional requirements):
Ability to manage a team of 3β5 people
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
Driver
Basic English required
Able to drive an electric scooter
Good knowledge of Gili Trawangan (roads, accommodations, locations)
Willing to assist with cleaning and table service when needed

Ramah, energik, dan s**a berinteraksi dengan customer
Bisa menggunakan POS system
Mengerti hospitality, service, dan upselling adalah nilai plus
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi yang sama
Kitchen Staff (Cook / Sous Chef)
Berpengalaman memasak dalam volume besar (burger, fries, nuggets)
Bisa mengikuti resep dan SOP dengan disiplin
Bisa bekerja dalam tim
Sous Chef (tambahan):
Bisa memimpin tim 3β5 orang
Menjaga standar kebersihan dan organisasi dapur yang tinggi
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (busy kitchen)
Driver
Bisa Bahasa Inggris dasar
Bisa mengendarai motor listrik
Mengerti area Gili Trawangan (jalan & akomodasi)
Wajib bantu cleaning dan table service jika diperlukan
