It's been a journey to walk myself to this new chapter.
A funny story that one day waking up find out oh maybe I don't go for opening dining in place anymore and it happened to have a spare space next door, so the first thing I did was... to paint that place to blue like I used to have and I still have been wearing most things in blue. Believe me painting walls is something very healing like you put on your headsets and drive to an adventure.

Getting equipments, figuring that what I need now and what I want later, getting a menu that what I can do now and what I want later. Then very soon and very well, I have a tiny blue Kitchen again!

Understanding the benefits of using subtraction is the best thing I learned ever, seeing myself spinning in Kitchen play with ingredients and spices is almost same fun with free diving.

Also accepting me as me and realized the approvement from me as me is a good study, I'm getting there now 60%.

Been busy for Chinese New Year and on resettle our 4 times 7 small restaurant and it looks even cuter!

end up July i finally had my apetite back because i missed chinese hot pot maybe also because i started running again and even it is tropical island i still feel cold at some time

well just when i had this set ready then i had to feed people again, i got a bit moody because of that

Setting some small targets in the coming month, every little movement forward counts
