We roast both Arabica & Robusta Coffee Beans to serve the various customers in our community.

This year was all about growth. From a newly renovated roastery and upgraded machines to welcoming new faces to our team, 2025 pushed us in the best ways possible. We’ve faced new challenges, learned from new mistakes, and built beautiful new friendships.

Introducing to: BAYOU BLEND

Our latest blend is a tribute to the wide and rich area of Indonesia, bridging together the coffee beans from Bajawa, Flores and Aceh, Gayo. We curated this blend yo bring back the taste of a Classic Blend whether you it straight black or with milk.

Taste note:
Black ⚫ - Nutty, Dark Chocolate, Low-acidity, Hint of Spices aftertaste

White ⚪ - Almond, Brown sugar like sweetness, Chocolate-like body, Low acidity, Sweet aftertaste
