Ask Aulia what she’s ordering at ROMA, and it’s always the Homemade Angel Hair with Black Truffles.

Silky angel hair tossed in a light butter sauce, finished with earthy black truffles that make every bite feel extra comforting without being too heavy🙂‍↕️

Day 1 at was packed with hot pizzas & great crowds 🍕

Lots of orders coming out nonstop, people lining up for slices, and the zucchini beef bacon getting ordered real fast all day.

Safe to say the stracciatella di burrata and black truffle & mushrooms are still crowd favorites too.

For two nights only, ROMA welcomes Chef Carlo Marengoni from Singapore’s In Piazza.

Born in Bergamo, Italy, Chef Carlo brings over 35 years of culinary experience and is recognized internationally for his mastery of Italian cuisine.

Chef Carlo takes over our kitchen with a menu inspired by his Italian roots, featuring Northern Italian specialties and signature dishes rarely found in Jakarta. Expect handmade Casoncelli Alla Bergamasca, Saffron Potato Gnocchi with wild mushrooms and truffle, Risotto alla Caprese, Crispy Seabass with caper lemon mayonnaise, Beef Medallions with mustard sauce, and more.

If you’re ordering dessert, make it this one!
