Se’i is a traditional smoked meat from East Nusa Tenggara. The word “Se’i” means meat that is slowly smoked over fire, giving it its signature smoky aroma.

Our Se’i Sapi features tender beef tenderloin, served with rice, cassava leaves, fresh lime chilli sambal, and red bean soup.

This floral pattern, restored from their early revitalization, has become one of their timeless classics.
