Seperti kata alm. Gustiwiw, ini bukan akhir tapi awal perjalanan kita yang baru. Yup, awal baru buat divisi sangrai nyobainkopi yang menjadi lini utama saat ini.

Sekaligus pengumuman, ada divisi humas nyobainkopi yang akan buat live IG lagi besok sabtu 21 Juni, mudah2an jam 11 atau 12 WIB tergantung selesai sarapan jam berapa ya 😁.

Oiya, bukan mau bersedih-sedihan terus. Banyak foto bagus dari sesi karya .i dan tim yang belum kami posting. Sekaligus jadi album yang bisa kami lihat-lihat kemudian.

Pagi ini sama seperti pagi hari Ahad 9 Desember 2018. Sama-sama bangun pagi, beli bubur di abang paspampres, pergi sama keluarga, dan sorenya siap menyeduh di samping rumah. Perbedaannya adalah waktu itu pertama kalinya kami buka seduh samping rumah untuk umum, dan hari ini adalah bagian akhirnya. Entar bab ada seluruh bukunya.

Yang mana pun itu mari kita nikmati hari ahad 1 Juni 2025 ini.

Yang berbeda pagi ini juga adalah kami seperti ada ajakan untuk berbagi rahasia, yang selama ini kami simpan baik-baik di dalam tim nyobainkopi. Saat ini ada 5 orang, tukang seduh, ibu seduh, kepala sangrai, divisi logistik dan sekertaris umum. Jadi sebenernya kami ber lima ini adalah…
Power ranger.

Hari ini 31 Mei 2025, kami memutuskan mengganti bahasa pengantar pada IG nyobainkopi kembali ke bahasa Indonesia sebagai salah satu penanda perjalanan baru ke depan dan untuk mengingat perjalanan yang sudah dilalui sebelumnya.

Hal yang sama kami lakukan dengan kaos yang akan kami luncurkan besok. Kaos ini adalah penanda berbahasa Inggris terakhir dari divisi seduh kami, yang bersaksi bahwa “Cibubur is the best milieu so far (2018-2025)”.

Sampai jumpa di seduhan terakhir sore ini dan besok, fellas.

This is day 7 out of 10 last brewing days and this will be the last day we will be serving omakase style. Cause Saturday and Sunday we will du open fast bar without any reservation needed. So if you want to try our omakase set please do reservation for today, some seat are still available, not many though. Then The seat of the first pic will be removed tomorrow.

Bu the way, both of above pic are the view from our eyes while taking some small rest after the long sessions of brewing done in daily basis. Sure we gonna miss it.

Cibubur is the best milieu so far.

Day 4 out of 10 days of our last brewing schedule at

Weekend is always our favorite, started by Friday night brewing session which usually end up a very late night closing flight. Last friday was amazing, the guest was literally “nyender”. And follow by tons of glasses to clean up 😂, a iwan was really tough though.

And Saturday, morning brewing schedule was also best part cause we usually not having huge traffic on that schedule. But again yesterday not a usual one.

Sunday morning we started with soto ayam cak Sule which also having super hectic rush hour Sunday morning. And then now we will prepare for today brewing session. Ibu seduh .arfiyan will bake PBJ and Madeleine this afternoon. Amd there will be a special aeopress brew coffee by as well.

So you guys better don’t miss out the whole pack today.

We did the first 2 days of this week by sharing our slow bar with . You guys awesome and he’s gone mad 🤟🏼.

We are still brewing after tarawih up to Friday 28th of March.
After that we will be on Eid break until 6th of April.

See you at home. No reservation needed until Friday fellas.
