Many years ago I started sharing my signature dishes with my best friends and they really enjoyed it, infusing me with encouragement and support to continue my “food journey”. Preparation of fresh mouthwatering foods became my hobby and a strong connection between friends - my way of expressing my love for them. I have been travelling around the world and learning various techniques from different cultures how to prepare their unique dishes. Now I am ready to open my heart for more people by launching my home cooking classes and cooking events in many different countries. Za’atar is a fragrant Middle Eastern spice blend, traditionally made with herbs, sesame seeds, and tangy sumac. It has a wonderful earthy, nutty and slightly citrusy flavour.

HOW TO USE IT

✨ Sprinkle over bread with olive oil
✨ Season roasted vegetables
✨ Sprinkle over eggs, avocado or hummus
✨ Use on chicken, fish or meat
✨ Add to salads and yoghurt
