They are often small, cozy and noisy “holes in walls” filled with good vibes and thus are popular post-work and weekend hangouts in Japan's urban centers. Our chef, an ex-Nobu Restaurants (Malibu, CA / New York, NY) veteran, presents a menu that offers a refreshing, innovative twist on Japanese cuisine.
