CQI Q Processing - Bali - July 2022
Improving the quality of coffee and the lives of people who produce it.
Gathered at the , Indonesia, and hosted by , 19 students from India, Indonesia, US, Russia, Canada got together under the guidance of and .rozental to learn and improve their skills on fermentation, sorting and drying methods.
This complex hands on certification course lasting 9 days, allowed participants to immerse themselves through all the stages of the quality process form sorting, pulping, fermentation, drying and cupping.
Beyond the learning experiences from the CQI material, we learned from each other, networked and finished the course visiting Arca coffee plantation in Ulian region to grasp a better understanding of the reality on the field that includes limitations and challenges.
Thank you to all the participants, crew, partners, you all contributed to the success of this course and we hope your take aways will contribute to the quality of coffee in your future endeavors.
We look forward to hosting another course this coming harvest at the only CQI Q Processing certified venue in Bali Indonesia.
