"Az idei nyarat ráadásul újdonsággal nyitotta a Skybar: a St. Andrea Szőlőbirtok a két és fél évtizedes működése során most először állt elő egy könnyed, kifejezetten nyári, szinte fesztiválhangulatot idéző tétellel. A pincészet közönségkedvenc borából, a Napborból elkészült a limitált Magnum kiadás, amiből csupán párszáz palack elérhető.
Maga a Napbor alapvetésnek számít a pincészetnél, és egyben az egyetlen, amely nem hordóban, hanem acéltartályban készül, így segít megőrizni a bor gyümölcsös, illatos karakterét. Savban gazdag, ásványos bor, és az illatában megjelenő jegyek kóstoláskor is szépen visszaköszönnek. Magnum palackból a pohárba kerülve ad némi nyári lazaságot a történetnek.
A jégvödörből kiemelt palackot egyébként az a Berényi Oszvald mutatta be, aki egy évtizede lépett be először a St. Andrea kapuján. Kezdetben a fine dining étterem, majd 2017-ben az akkor nyitó St. Andrea Wine & Skybar head sommelier-jeként csatlakozott a márkához."

"What’s more, Skybar kicked off this summer with something new: for the first time in its two-and-a-half-decade history, the St. Andrea Vineyard has released a light, distinctly summery wine that evokes an almost festival-like atmosphere. A limited-edition Magnum version of the winery’s fan-favorite wine, Napbor, has been released, with only a few hundred bottles available.
Napbor itself is considered a staple at the winery and is also the only wine produced in stainless steel tanks rather than barrels, which helps preserve the wine’s fruity, aromatic character. It is an acid-rich, mineral-driven wine, and the notes present in its aroma come through beautifully on the palate as well. When poured from a Magnum bottle into a glass, it adds a touch of summery lightness to the experience.
Incidentally, the bottle lifted from the ice bucket was presented by Oszvald Berényi, who first walked through the doors of St. Andrea a decade ago. He initially joined the brand as head sommelier at the fine-dining restaurant, and then in 2017 as head sommelier at the newly opened St. Andrea Wine & Skybar. "
