Our Head Chef Ben Morris brings his British roots together with Hungarian gastronomic traditions in our signature Beef "Stand" Wellington.

It is a masterclass in technique and flavor - featuring premium Angus beef, oxtail, rich mushrooms, prosciutto, a chive pancake, and perfectly golden puff pastry.

Completed by a complex red wine and oxtail jus with wild garlic capers, mustard seeds, and fresh lemon thyme, alongside an incredibly smooth, cheesy potato purée.
