🇮🇳 If you are looking for a truly special, meat-free treat, let us introduce you to a real Punjabi favourite: a delicious spicy chickpea curry with freshly fried bread. This is Chole Bhature!
Chickpeas are important and beloved ingredients in India, and for good reason! This highly nutritious, healthy, and purely vegetarian legume comes to life in our kitchen in a delicious, spicy sauce cooked with fresh tomatoes, ginger and traditional Indian herbs.

🫓 We’re serving it just like you’d find in most Indian homes - with a side of fluffy Bhatura: a deep-fried bread that is crispy on the outside and airy on the inside. It is completely different from our usual tandoori breads, and is most similar to the Hungarian 'lángos'.

But, if you prefer a lighter meal, you can naturally order the spicy chickpea curry with Tandoori breads or Indian Basmati Rice. Furthermore, upon request, we can prepare the dish entirely gluten-free and dairy-free!
