Introducing Carrot Cake Matcha — yes, you read that right. The first of its kind in the city, and we didn’t come to play.

We went all in… crafting our own carrot sauce from scratch, layering it with cozy spices + a hint of vanilla to give you that carrot cake feeling in every sip. After countless tastings (tough job, we know), we finally nailed it.

It’s earthy. It’s sweet. It’s unexpected.

Bemutatjuk a Carrot Cake Matcha-t — igen, jól olvasod. Az első ilyen ital a városban, és hidd el, nem viccelünk.

Teljesen nulláról indultunk… saját répaszószt készítettünk, amit fűszerekkel és egy csipet vaníliával hangoltunk, hogy minden korty olyan legyen, mint egy répatorta élmény. Rengeteget kóstoltunk (kemény munka volt 😏), mire megszületett a tökéletes verzió.

Blueberry Matcha 🫐 🍵

Here is a small story 👇

It was 2023 summer when we open Flatty’s doors for the first time, we experimented with Blueberry Matcha for the first time in Budapest. At that time there was no cafe which was serving fruit matcha, we served Blueberry matcha using blueberry jam from local producer and over period of time we replaced jam with blueberry purée.

First drink was so sweet because it was made with jam which was full of sugar. Matcha we used was average, more like entry level available from supplier. It tastes like some milkshake.

Year down the line we improvised with purée & premium matcha. Now it’s perfect balance of fruity sweet, earthy & umami flavour. A flavour bomb in sip.

If you ask our fav way of sipping is: Blueberry Matcha + Oatly!!
